Before becoming a nurse, you have to get all your vaccinations. Everyone does it, and it’s just part of the job. That’s why Brent didn't think anything of it when they sat him down at his orientation and told him to roll up his sleeve. A nurse came in with a tray of needles that were all required, apparently. Brent turned his head and looked away as she injected him one after the other with all five needles. They stung, but not too badly. A shiver ran throughout his body.

Then all at once the world began to swim. His vision grayed out and got fuzzy. Brent would have fallen over if the nurse in the room hadn’t held him upright. His body felt hot and cold all at the same time, then it felt tight all over. He must be having an allergic reaction, he thought as the changes advanced. Slowly, Brent’s vision began to return to normal. What the hell had just happened?

He looked to the nurse, and she didn’t seem concerned in the slightest. In fact, she began to pull up Brent's scrub top. Why was she doing this? Then she grabbed the soft flesh of Brent’s chest. Flesh that had not been there just moments ago. Brent was too stunned to speak as the nurse began massaging the breasts that now hung there in the cold hospital air. 

“All good,” she said matter-of-factly as she began to dump the spent needles into the sharps bin. 

“All good?” Brent thought. In what world was this all good? As it so happened, the Hospital he had been hired to work at only hired female nurses. Brent, being a male nurse, did not fit the bill, so they did what they always do. They changed him into a girl so he could work at their hospital. Most men found that it really wasn’t so bad after a couple of weeks. Some even prefer it to their old selves.
