Customer satisfaction was paramount at Bust Aire. Despite this being the case, sometimes it was difficult to motivate the air hostesses to give good customer service. The CEO’s at Bust Aire knew they needed to do something to change this. That’s when they introduced the “show your merit” program. Nobody really knew what the program was when it was first announced, but the hostesses were in for a surprise.

Every time a manager noticed a hostess doing well and going the extra mile, they would grant the hostess a size bonus. The increases were small, but they added up over time. Some of the best hostesses saw massive gains in very little time. The increased bust size tended to lead to increased customer satisfaction, which in turn led to size bonuses. It became a real snowball effect, but aside from the fact that almost none of the hostess uniforms fit them anymore, nobody was really complaining.
