Description

In a near future strained by overpopulation and chronic unemployment, the government introduces a solution that promises relief for everyone involved, the Catgirl Adoption Program. Men deemed surplus to society are enrolled in a transformation program that turns them into adoptable catgirls, reclassified as companions and released into a public adoption system. The procedure reshapes both body and mind, leaving them bratty, clingy, intensely cat-like, and wired with urges that are far stronger than they know how to manage. Their needs are constant, their attention easily captured, and their sense of satisfaction closely tied to the person who adopts them.

Ryan took his eyes off the road for just a moment to glance over at Luna while he drove, and he couldn’t help but smile at how adorable she was behaving. She had her head stuck out the passenger side window, awestruck at the miles of coastline they were driving past. Her ponytail whipped behind her and sticking out below her white t-shirt but above her shorts, her long feline tail swished excitedly back and forth. Back when he had adopted her and was filling out the paperwork, he found it odd that someone who spent their whole life in the midwest could enjoy the ocean so much, but with him living in a city near the coast it made them a perfect fit for each other. And now that it was finally summer, he decided to surprise her and take her to the beach. Luna, on the other hand, was completely oblivious to the fact that she was being watched, and even if she had noticed she probably wouldn’t have cared. Her eyes sparkled like the sunlight catching on the waves of the vast blue expanse of water. Her memories of the first and only time she had ever been to the beach were already blurry from time, and the mind alterations from being made into a catgirl had practically made it non-existent, but the way she felt that day had always stuck with her.

At the next turn Ryan made a sudden right and began making his way down a gravel path before pulling into an empty parking spot. He hadn’t even put the car in park yet before Luna had already unbuckled her seatbelt and jumped out of the car. “Oh my gowsh! It’s so pwetty!”

“Hey now,” Ryan said gently but firmly as he climbed out of the car and shut the door behind him, “Don’t go running off on me. I need your help lugging our stuff down to the beach.”

“Oh! Right!” She gave a quick nod and sprinted back to the car. She could barely contain her excitement as Ryan popped open the back and the two of them waited for it to slowly lift. Her knees bounced impatiently beneath her, causing her breasts to jump and jiggle on her chest. Ryan handed her their towels and the umbrella while he did the heavy lifting, grabbing the cooler before heading down the sandy wooden steps to the beach. “Nya, I think I see a spot right over dere!” Luna pointed at a nice clear spot on the beach, standing on her tippy toes as she peered over the scattered groups of people. After Ryan dropped the cooler down and Luna laid out their beach towels, the two of them worked together to set up the umbrella.

With the umbrella planted firmly in the sand and their towels spread out beneath it, Ryan stepped back and looked over their little setup with a satisfied nod. The warm ocean breeze rolled in from the water, carrying the steady sound of waves crashing along the shore. Luna bounced lightly on her feet beside him, clearly struggling to stay patient now that the beach was right there in front of them. “Alright,” Ryan said with a small chuckle, already reaching for the hem of his shirt. “Let’s get changed.”

“Mmm mmm!” Luna nodded with vigor and followed suit.

Already wearing just a bathing suit and a t-shirt, Ryan pulled the top up and over his head and was ready to go. He dropped his shirt onto the sandy ground with the rest of their stuff before turning his attention back towards Luna. She was in the process of taking her t-shirt off as well but as she pulled it over her head the bottom hem got caught on her chest, lifting her breasts up awkwardly with it before finally slipping free and letting her tits drop back down against her chest. She shook her head, whipping her ponytail behind her, before bending down and looping her fingers underneath the waistband of her shorts. Slowly she began pulling them down. The straps of her bikini thong stretched taut across her hips, and as more of her rear was exposed to the sun the only thing preserving any modesty was a thin strip of black fabric which disappeared between her plush cheeks and out the other side where it covered her crotch.

“Dere we go!” Luna exclaimed as she stepped out of her shorts. She seemed completely innocent to the lustful gaze Ryan cast over her body. Her perky breasts, each as big as her head, and her wide hips gave her the most beautiful curves he had ever laid eyes on, and the bikini she was wearing only accentuated them! “What are you stawing at, meow?”

“Oh! Just- nothing…” Ryan stammered. “Ahem. What are you waiting for? The ocean’s right there.”

Luna’s ears perked up at that and her tail flicked excitedly behind her. “Oh! Wight!” she chirped, already turning toward the shoreline. Without another word she took off across the sand, her bare feet kicking up little sprays of it behind her with every step. Each bounding stride sent her ponytail swaying and her luscious curves bouncing as she raced toward the water like an overexcited kitten finally let outside.

Ryan couldn’t help but chuckle as he watched her go. He brushed his hands together to shake the sand off before starting after her at a much more relaxed pace. By the time he began walking down the beach, Luna was already halfway to the shoreline, leaving a messy trail of disturbed sand behind her as she ran straight for the rolling waves.

She slowed only slightly as the wet sand began to squish beneath her feet. A small wave rolled up the shore just as she reached the edge, cool ocean water washing gently over her toes. Luna immediately froze. Her ears twitched and her nose scrunched as she stared down at the water swirling around her feet. Another small wave followed the first, brushing against her ankles this time, and her tail puffed slightly behind her as an uncomfortable shiver ran up her spine. “Mmrr…?” She quickly lifted one foot out of the water, shaking it instinctively before setting it back down on the wet sand. The excited energy that had carried her all the way down the beach suddenly faded as she stood there staring at the waves with growing suspicion, clearly unsure about the strange, cold sensation lapping around her feet.

As Ryan tailed behind her he watched Luna stop dead in her tracks before quickly backing away from the shoreline, shaking the water from her feet. “Is everything okay?” He shouted. “Or is the water too cold?”

“It’s nyot dat it’s-” Another push of the tide rolled up the sand and tickled against her bare feet, sendingthat same tense feeling surging through her chest as she scrambled away from the water. “I- I don’t… Mmm…” Her ears folded flat against her head as she let out a whimper.

Ryan had finally caught up to his catgirl, and now that he was standing right beside her he could clearly see the distressed and confused look spread across her face. His smile instantly dropped as concern replaced it. “What’s wrong?”

Luna stood frozen, her tail flicking aggressively behind her as she watched the tide roll in and out in front of her. The distant, relaxing sound of crashing waves and the cheerful banter of the other beachgoers made her feel at odds with the conflicting emotions had swirling about in her mind. She had been so excited for this moment, yet now she regretted it and was having trouble articulating her feelings to her owner. “I… I don’t wike the feeling of water touching me. It's… it’s…” She couldn’t find the words to describe the tense, overwhelming panic it caused her.

“We don’t have to go in if you don’t want to.” Ryan reassured her. He rested his hand on her bare shoulder and gave it a gentle squeeze. “Let’s go back to the-”

“Nyo!” Luna shouted, brushing Ryan’s hand off of her as she turned to face him. Her chest rapidly rose and fell, her eyes were wide and jittering as she tried to calm herself. “I want to go in but…”

“You know what?” Ryan held a hand up and pointed a finger at Luna. “I think I have just the thing. I’ll be right back.” Luna watched him turn and sprint back across the beach, up the wooden stairs, and toward the car. After a few moments she saw him reappear walking down the steps with something clutched in his hands. When he reached her he triumphantly held up a wrinkled mess of yellow plastic. “I got this!” He didn’t explain to Luna what ‘this’ was. Instead he rotated it in his hands, searching for the nozzle. Once he found it he brought it up to his lips and began blowing. Each puff of air stretched the plastic, causing it to take shape until it eventually formed into a bright yellow inner tube. “Here you go.” He handed the floatie over to Luna and before she could question what he was doing he grabbed her by the wrist and began guiding her back into the water.

“Wha-?! Wait!” Luna pulled against him, but he was far stronger than she was. The cold, salty water lapped at her skin, starting at the soles of her feet and climbing up to her thighs. “I- I don’t wike this! It feels- It’s too much! I-”

Ryan suddenly stopped in front of her, but his grip on her wrist didn’t loosen. “Place the inner tube down.”

“What?!”

“Place the inner tube down.” Ryan repeated firmly. Luna fidgeted beneath his stare, hesitant, but eventually set the floatie gently on the water. Ryan didn’t comment on her compliance. Instead he took her by surprise, scooping her up from the water and helping her onto the inner tube. “There you go.”

Luna wobbled slightly on the inner tube, her tail flicking nervously behind her as she tried to find a stable position. The gentle rocking of the waves made her grip the sides tightly, but she couldn’t help a small squeak of surprise every time a swell tipped her forward. Ryan knelt beside her, one hand holding the tube steady while the other reached under to give a slight push, paddling them carefully farther from the shore.

“Just relax,” he said with a chuckle, keeping his focus on keeping her balanced. But he couldn’t entirely ignore how close she was. Her round, plush butt practically brushed against him as she adjusted her weight, the thin fabric of her bikini clinging snugly to her curves. He cleared his throat and looked back toward the horizon, trying to remind himself to focus on the water instead of the view dominating his line of sight.

“Ryan…” Luna’s small, uncertain voice made him glance down. She was staring down at the rippling water beneath her, her ears flat against her head and her hands gripping the sides of the tube like it was holding her life. “I- I don’t… I- I don’t wike how wobbly it is…”

Ryan gave one final gentle push as they reached a calm stretch of water far enough from the shore. He stopped paddling and let the inner tube drift with the shallow waves. “See? You’re doing great,” he reassured her, his hand still steadying the tube. “Nothing to worry about out here. It’s just water.”

Luna’s ears flattened and her tail lashed nervously as her eyes widened. Her hands clutched the sides of the tube, fingers digging in as she shifted her weight. “N- Nyo! I… I don’t… I don’t wike it! It’s… it’s all around me!” she stammered, her voice tight with panic.

Ryan gave the tube a gentle nudge and kept a steadying hand on it. His eyes flicked briefly over her chest and the curve of her rear, taking in how the sunlight highlighted her shape as she bobbed on the water. “You’re fine. You’re buoyant enough that nothing’s going to happen. Trust me.”

“I- I’m nyot! I-” she sputtered, opening her mouth to argue, but Ryan rolled his eyes. With a quick, intentional motion, he tipped the inner tube to the side, sending Luna splashing sideways into the water. She let out a startled yelp, her hands flailed, splashing and clutching at the water, trying to find something solid.

Ryan leaned close, keeping a steady hand on the tube to keep it from drifting away. “See? You pop right back up. Nothing to worry about,” he teased, his eyes flicking briefly to the curve of her hips as she bobbed back to the surface.

Luna thrashed for a moment, reaching for the inner tube as it drifted just out of her grasp. “Give it back, nya!” she cried, panic lacing her voice. Her fingers scrambled along the slick surface of the plastic, but the current kept it just out of reach. With a frustrated squeak, Luna abandoned the floatie and lunged toward Ryan instead. Her arms wrapped tightly around his shoulders and her legs curled around his waist, anchoring herself to him. Her tail lashed behind her as she pressed her chest against him, clinging for stability. “I- I can’t… I can’t do it!” she admitted, burying her face in his neck and letting out a shaky breath.

Ryan held her securely, adjusting his grip so she wouldn’t slip. “It’s fine,” he said soothingly. “I’ve got you. You’re safe.” He glanced down for a moment as her thighs pressed against him, the sun reflecting off the curve of her wet hips. Normally he’d be elated to have her clinging to him like this but with her nails digging into his shoulders and his focus kept on keeping her afloat he was too busy to relish the act.

Luna’s ears twitched nervously as she clung tighter, and her body slowly began to relax against him, the panic easing slightly now that she felt anchored. Gradually, Luna’s tense grip began to loosen as she realized that nothing was going wrong. The waves bobbed gently around them, the buoyancy of the water keeping them afloat with ease. Her breaths slowed, and her frantic thrashing subsided, replaced by a softer, more sensual cling to Ryan. She leaned into him, pressing her chest lightly against his torso, her tail curling lazily behind her. Nervous laughs turned into quiet giggles as she shook her head, her ears flicking with embarrassment and delight. “Dis… isn't so bad, nya.” she murmured, her voice soft and warm. Nestling her face into the crook of Ryan’s neck and collarbone. “I dunno what came over me…” Before Ryan could respond, Luna suddenly pushed off him with a mischievous grin, sending a spray of water across his chest. “Nya! Take dat!” she squealed, giggling as she kicked at the water.

“Hey!” Ryan laughed, trying to shield himself as she splashed again, her playful energy infectious. “Why you!~” The two of them waded in the water, chasing and splashing each other. The panic from earlier was completely forgotten as the sun sparkled around them and a long, fun day at the beach was ahead of them.
