Over 1000 years ago, a young boy, Yutaka, was born in a remote Japanese village one cold Winter morning, much to the happiness of his expecting parents. Seeing this newborn, the village elder told his parents that the boy was destined to be of great beauty and would live a long, peaceful life with the one they fell in love with. Happy that their son would get to live as happily as they did, the two raised Yutaka into a strong, young man, one who drew the attention of all the young women in the village. One of them in particular, Mihara, was quite obsessed with Yutaka, having bestowed upon him many valuable gifts. She believed that, being the most beautiful woman in the village, it was natural he would fall in love with her. However, as the summer turned to fall, he had finally had enough of her and her obsessive behavior, telling her he had no interest in her at all. At first, Mihara ran away in tears, unable to believe that she was not his one true love. That sadness, however, quickly gave way to anger and jealousy, driving her mad. Consumed with a sense of vengeance, she broke into the village elder’s home and robbed him of his scrolls, on which were printed evil, forbidden magic that was only capable of causing misery and sadness. Using these scrolls, Mihara crafted a cruel “punishment” for the unsuspecting Yutaka.

Yutaka decided one day to visit the shrine in the mountains, far from the village, to pray to the Gods, Mihara followed him there with her newly-made scroll, finding him alone in deep prayer. Pulling out the scroll, it rippled with dark, unnatural energy as she tossed it at Yutaka, hitting him before he had even noticed she was there. Before he could properly react, the arcane energies poured into Yutaka, changing him from a strong, able-bodied man into a demure, long-haired woman. He grabbed for his manhood to try and retain some part of his old self, but it was too late, having already folded in on itself to create a virgin slit between his legs. His shape became unnatural, growing massive breasts, hips, and a rear that left no doubt as to his, now her, change of gender. Finally, his clothes reformed themselves to become that of a shrine maiden, their white color doing even more to bring attention to her gargantuan curves. Mihara could only laugh madly at the cursed woman, who wanted to attack her, but found herself unable to do so.

“If I can’t have you, then no one can!” She giggled as Yutuka simply stood there, a new sense of fear being felt in her heart. “For denying me my rightful place as your wife, I’ve turned you into this cowardly sow, unable to speak up, fight, or do anything a man can do! Good luck meeting your true love here, in this shrine!”

“T-That’s not fair! You can’t do this to me, it isn’t right!” Yutaka tried to defend herself, unable to even raise her voice towards the psychotic woman. “Y-You can’t just-”

“Oh, that’s not all.” She interrupted with a giggle, leaning over Yutaka as she sat on the ground, still winded from the weight of her exaggerated bits. “You’re bound here, forever. You can never leave, and you can never speak of what I have done to you! You’re now nothing but a fat maiden, destined to die here, alone!”

Yutaka could do nothing but lay there on the ground, unable to do anything, as Mihara left the shrine laughing, leaving her there alone. Of course, the first thing Yutaka tried to do was walk down the long staircase to leave, but an overwhelming sense of dread overtook her each time she tried, forcing her to go back. She was indeed trapped in the shrine, unable to leave. What’s worse was the fact that there were very few supplies at the shrine itself, meaning she had to keep careful track of what she had. Yutaka tried praying to the Gods again, given she was trapped there, but it seemed her prayers fell on deaf ears. Two days later, several guards arrived from the village, asking if Yutaka had been spotted recently, but she was, as Mihara said before, unable to tell them who she really was. Yutaka did manage to request that a trader be sent to the shrine to bring her supplies, a request that confused the guards, but they promised to do so. A day later, things would continue to get worse for the buxom woman as the trader arrived. Though she tried to offer him items from the shrine as a form of payment, she was horrified to learn that he now desired Tutaka’s body as payment for the items she wanted. Being cursed into a meek and nearly helpless form, she did as he asked, letting him violate her body as he wished. Yutaka cried the whole time, unable to believe she now had to live like this for the rest of her life as he left her with some basic supplies. Little did she know, she wouldn’t have to worry about that for much longer.

A few months later, in the dead of winter, a massive blizzard struck the village for several days, hitting the mountain top especially hard. Yutaka, in an effort to keep herself from freezing, eventually ran out of firewood in her small hut. With the snow being so thick, no one was able to reach her, not even that disgusting trader. As the embers burned out and Yutaka found no more layers she could wear, she laid in bed, falling unconscious. She died that night, succumbing to the freezing cold winter in her sleep. Unfortunately, even in death, Yutaka’s soul was still bound to the shrine thanks to Mihara’s cruel curse. She was now forced to roam its grounds, a restless spirit.

In the hundreds of years since then, the shrine had long since been abandoned, falling apart. It had briefly been used as a training camp by the Imperial Japanese Army during the Second World War, but they quickly abandoned it, having heard mournful voices in the dead of night as they tried to sleep. These stories spread to the town below where Yutaka once lived, who labeled it as a cursed shrine. These rumors eventually caught the ear of a local boy, Yuuki, fresh out of high school. He and his friends dared each other to spend a night at the “cursed shrine”, none of them believing the stories their elders had told of its wailing spirit. That night, as they camped out there, he noticed a faint figure approaching them from the old hut, one wearing old white robes. It looked like a woman, one of immense size with black hair and even blacker eyes. She seemed to be crying, with the sound echoing through the old shrine. His friends, spooked by the noise, quickly fled back down the mountain, seemingly ignoring the woman. Out of a stupid sense of curiosity, Yuuki actually approached the woman, wondering if it was possible to talk to the spirit.

“Uh… hello.” Yuuki greeted, causing the white woman to recoil in shock. Yuuki found it… kind of cute. “Uh… I’m Yuuki. I live down the mountain. Who are you?”

“Y-You can s-see me?” She stuttered, her voice soft and delicate. Despite his manners, Yuuki found himself looking at her breasts. “I-I’m Yutaka… hello…”

Yuuki and Yutaka began talking to one another, beginning with her telling him about her past. With her death, Yutaka’s silence had been broken, allowing her to speak of what had happened to her, but she had never had anyone to talk to before… until now. Yuuki listened to her, finding her story heart-wrenching. He eventually told her about himself, even talking a bit about the modern world she had been missing. She found it fascinating, but what she found even stranger was the fact that she was beginning to feel an… attraction to the young man. She reached for his hand, not expecting much, but she was even more shocked to discover she could touch him! Yuuki was equally shocked by this, and his face went red in embarrassment as he realized she had attempted to hold his hand. After a moment of awkwardness, Yuuki admitted that he found Yutaka to be very beautiful, even if she was a spirit. This admission caused Yutaka to feel something she hadn’t felt for many years… warmth. Warmth in her face, and her womanhood. For the first time ever, Yutaka took the initiative, asking the mortal Yuuki if he wanted to sleep with her.

Though initially reluctant, given the rumors regarding the old shrine, Yuuki trusted Yutaka enough after hearing her story to accept her offer. She began by slowly removing her robes, revealing her massive, naked features to the drooling man. All doubt left Yuuki’s mind in that moment as he began to embrace her, kissing her as she accepted him with just as much love and vigor. Yuuki entered Yutaka not long after, filling her with an even greater sense of warmth. As he bucked up into her, something began to change. Feelings, sensations, they all began to return as Yuuki gave his body and soul to her in totality. Her skin began to shift, turning from snow white to a warmer color as the black drained from her eyes, leaving her with blue ones. Finally, Yuuki climaxed, coating Yutaka’s insides. She panted, feeling his heat against her own, as the two realized they had found their soul mates. The curse was finally broken. Yutaka rubbed her belly as the two walked away from the shrine, thankful for the new life Yuuki had given her…
