My seventy-ninth caption, a return to Nersteria, and the caption marking 2k watchers! Thank you all for following me this far!

As your average, run-of-the-mill adventure in Nersteria, I was well aware of how much trouble I was in now. You and your friends had decided that, rather than raid a lower-end dungeon with slimes, rats, and goblins, you and your party were instead going to go for a newly-discovered one, usually reserved for mages and highly ranked knights. Believing we were smart and capable enough to take on its challenges ourselves, we were quickly proven wrong when the dungeon turned out to be infested with some really nasty creatures, and even a few demons. They were highly coordinated, meaning someone must’ve been leading them.
Getting separated from them, I found myself wandering blindly through the darkness, desperately hiding from any and all sounds. Eventually, I spotted a light in the darkness, and not seeing any other options, I ran towards it. I ran through an open doorway, briefly blinded before my eyes adjusted, revealing that I was now in a lavish hall of sorts, with clean burgundy carpeting and polished, black marble pillars inlaid with pure gold. The sheer contrast between it and the dusty, stone halls you had just come from was quite jarring, and when I turned back around, the doorway was gone. In its place were more rows of pillars, stretching endlessly into the distance. I heard a deep, womanly laugh, facing forward again to see a large woman with a devilish appearance sitting on a throne above you.
“Do my eyes deceive me? A simple human? In my chambers?” She said with a clear air of superiority, holding her hand under her chin as she sat cross-legged. “My my my… it’s been far too long since I’ve run into one of your kind. Have you come here just like the others? To invade my home, steal my riches, and kill my pets?”
Now that I could see the woman better, I noticed she did not have the markings of a devil. Her features were more regal, skin darker, and eyes sharper with a golden hue that could only mean one thing: she was one of the Dragons! One of them, at least in this form, hadn’t been seen for hundreds of years! She was a clear threat, and I knew there would be no possible way to defeat her in battle, even if all my friends were here to help me. I was completely screwed, and she knew it.
“Oh, don’t be afraid.” She mocked, picking me up with some sort of telekinesis and pulling me closer, holding me mid-air. As much as I tried to struggle, there was no breaking invisible bonds such as this. The Dragon simply laughed at my futile struggles. Putting a hand under my chin, she then looked at me with curious eyes. “Hmph… not a bad example of your kind, but I’ve certainly seen better. You seem rather thin and weak compared to those armored ones who carry swords.”
“If you’re going to kill me, then kill me, beast!” I shot back at her, shooting my best glare at her. “Do not treat me as if I’m some plaything for you to toy with!”
The Dragon looked surprised for a moment, cracking a more sadistic smile seconds later. She pulled me in even closer, close enough to smell sulfur on her breath.
“You certainly have spirit, but through your words, you have made it abundantly clear that you have no idea who you are speaking to.” She said with clear, threatening overtones, grabbing my jaw and forcing me to look in her eyes. “You speak to Dragon Queen Drakaina, human. I am far more than a mere monster.”
Recognizing that name from some old history books you had read growing up, your blood began to run ice cold. The Dragon Queen Drakaina was no mere Dragon, but the mother of all Dragons. It was believed that she had been destroyed a thousand years ago by an ascended demihuman, but it would seem that wasn’t true.
“Ah, your eyes tell me you recognize that name. Good to know my memory still lives on after all these years.” She gloated, allowing herself a quick giggle before standing up. “Since I’m feeling generous, I won’t kill you. That would be quite a waste. I have other uses for you, especially as I make myself known once more.”
She brought herself closer, rolling her tongue around in her mouth briefly before pulling me in and forcing me to kiss her. I tried to stop her, but she forced her tongue into my mouth, rolling it around before something could be felt going down my throat. It burned like fire, but the moment I tried to scream, she put her arms around me and forced me in even closer, finding some perverse enjoyment in all of this. Holding me there a few more moments, she finally released me from her embrace, dropping me to the floor at her feet as I felt that same intense head building up in my guts. She stood there, watching me like a cat as I spasmed.
Rolling into a ball, everything began burning like fire as I started rapidly sweating, my own body going nuts as it struggled to cope with whatever the hell was happening. My adventuring clothes began to rip apart and split in certain places as I seemingly began gaining mass. It was strange though, even though I seemed to be getting bigger, I was also shrinking in other places. It wasn’t immediately apparent what was happening to me until my shirt’s buttons shot off all at once, revealing a large pair of tanned breasts that now belonged to me! I was transforming into a woman, a Dragon woman! I could even feel the sulfur in my throat.
“P-Please don’t… I don’t w-want to…” I whimpered as my voice increased in height, a small huff of hot air following my words. “I have a family… and friends…”
“Oh, don’t be upset, young one.” She said in a softer voice, kneeling down to rub the thickening hair on my head. “You don’t need your family or friends anymore. You have me. I will love you, care for you, and provide for you… all I ask for in return is your eternal love and devotion. Is that so much to ask for, my sweet?”
As she said this, I could feel bits and pieces of my own mind melting away. I was still there in spirit, but my inhibition could be felt dropping as my sudden lust for power and Mother’s approval took center stage. I wanted so badly to turn against her, but the heat in my belly was just as strong in my mind too. I was lost, trapped in this new body. My old clothes ripped off my body completely as my transformation concluded, leaving me a sweaty, panting mess. A large, new tail with purple scales and unique horns now framed my new form, unrecognizable compared to my old self. Suddenly, Mother pulsed with more magic as a new, dark outfit formed around my tight curves, covering me in cute lace, frills, and a lovely set of Phoenix feathers adorning my shoulders. The transformation was finished.
“Oh, you look so good, my sweet!~” Mother cooed, picking me up and giving me a tight hug. Her warmth filled me with an immense sense of happiness as I hugged her back, holding that feeling close to my heart as I smiled. “You truly couldn’t have turned out any better. You’re my splitting image now, a true daughter of mine.”
Finally letting go, she looked at me with a new, sterner expression. She told me that I knew what must be done, and I nodded, knowing exactly what she was talking about. There were still several intruders running around the palace, and I wasn’t going to let them bother my Mother, Dragon Queen Drakaina, any longer.
