My tenth TG/TF caption! Huzzah!

After a foreign empire invades the land, a young man flees into the forest, becoming injured by venomous plants and wolves. In order to save and heal you, a kind Orc must take special, drastic steps.

(In the context of this particular caption, Goblins are just female Orcs. In Tolkien's works, he used the terms "Orc" and "Goblin" interchangeably, so I decided to make a distinction between the two.)
