Character backstory
Crimson Snape used to be a normal girl until one day, while trying out the crystals, she ate the crimson colored one. The radiation from the crystal, combined with the fact the crystal was being digested in her stomach, gave her permanently the ability to do the effect of the crystal she just ate.
In the process of digestion, the crystal did such a strong effect, she has permanently transformed into a snakegirl hybrid. She can change herself to something else using her crystal ability, but she'll always come back her new default form given enough time. She doesn't mind that much.
